Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not happy, let us know — we're here to help!

For ONLINE PREPAID ORDERS (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Wallets):

  • Refunds will be processed to the source account within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned items in their original condition (with intact labels and tags), excluding delivery charges.
  • Refunds for:
    • Card payments: Credited to the same card used for purchase.
    • UPI payments: Transferred to the same UPI ID used during the order.
  • An email confirmation will be sent once your return is received and your refund is being processed.
  • Important: Do not share the OTP with the pickup partner until the product has been physically handed over.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be calculated after deducting any discounts applied during purchase.

We reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not comply with our policy terms.


Return & Replacement Policy

Return & Pickup Timeline

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible only if the product is unused, with original packaging, price tags, and labels intact.
  • Customers must arrange the return shipment themselves through a reliable courier service. We do not offer reverse pickups.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Once approved for returns, please send back the product within 3-5business days.
  • Once the returned item is received and passes quality check, a refund/store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Replacement Timeline

In case of a defective or damaged product received:

  1. Email us at somya.shreyash@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
    • Your Order ID
    • A brief description of the issue
    • A clear photo showing the defect/damage
  2. Once approved:
    • The customer must courier the defective item back to us.
    • After receiving the product and validating the issue, the replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days (subject to availability).
    • Delivery of the replacement may take an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping location.
  3. If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer may choose between:
    • A full refund, or
    • An alternative product of equal value

Important Notes-

  • This policy is valid only for damaged or defective items at the time of delivery.
  • It does not cover damage due to customer mishandling or misuse.
  • Returns without original packaging or missing labels/tags will not be accepted.
